DELIGHTFUL, TROPICAL AND TRANQUIL -RELAX AND ENJOY! QUAINT HARBORTOWN LOCATION.

As you enter this Villa you will experience WOW! You will be amazed at the size, the décor and how well it is equipped. The description and pictures are accurate. However, the overall impact is one of quiet elegance. The Villa is much more spacious than you would expect. Several things that especially appeal to us are the cozy den with a table-desk and high-speed internet service; the large, spacious, extremely well supplied kitchen and the separate eating area for four; the very large fully screened lanai with table and four chairs, two lounges and a gas grill; the full size washer and dryer located off the kitchen; and the attached two stall garage with a deep sink. Your hosts, Mickey and Jim, have equipped and supplied the Villa so well it is almost like walking into your own home. Each time (three now) we have arrived the unit was immaculate. The location is very quiet, yet within walking distance to a good drug store and a commercial plaza with a well-stocked grocery store, local restaurants and other service needs. The attractive, well maintained pool is a short distance from your front door. There is easy access to Route 41 and the rest of SW Florida. Punta Gorda has events most every week. There are activities from Fisherman Village shops and restaurants to kayaking the river and harbor waters. Golf, tennis and fishing abound. There is something for everyone to enjoy.

We had a wonderful month. The villa was beautifully decorated and well equipped. The owners were terrific and even replaced the DVD player within an hour of our reporting the problem.
Loved the location and found great, reasonable golfing. We had brought bikes and found the quiet streets easy and fon to poke around.
The development was very quiet and the community pool extremely handy and well maintained
Definitely will recommend to friends.

As you inter the estate you noticed the manicured lawns,
the beautiful landscape and the swaying palm trees. As you drive onto the property you noticed the gracious brick
driveway and the two car garage. On entering the Condo we were awed by the spaciousness. When walking throughout the Condo ,the decor gives an ambience of
serenity and relaxation.There is a marvelous den that is
wonderful for reading, writing or you can set up your internet.The living room has a large TV with very comfortable sofa and chairs. The kitchen is xtra large with
a table and four chairs, a pass through to the formal dinning room and all the amenities you could ever want. The bedrooms are inviting and extremely comfortable.The bathrooms spacious,large and again have everything you need. We would call this Paradice Found.

You are central to many great places. Ten mimutes to downtown Punta Gorda and fifteen to Fishaman Village with all haveing quaint shops, great restaurent and Boats for all pleasure's. Go on a cruise or take a boat out to and island to spent the day at the beach. If the boat is not for you,drive to one of the many beaches to see their village or comb their beaches.Do you like Golf, there is a course
right in the estate open to the public.
There is so much to see in this wonderful area and if need be, your Host and Hostess will do everything possible to
make sure is vacation is one that you will always remember. You will want to come back again and again.
