Rest and relaxation found here! Spacious and attractively furnished villa with cathedral ceilings, and windows on 3 sides afford light and a nice tropical foliage view. Everything is immaculate (new in 2006 )- furniture, rugs, accessories, bedding. Pillowtop mattresses guarantee a good nights sleep. A large caged lanai allows for lounging outdoors, and a 2 car garage is a plus. A community pool, spa, and club house is on-site. Fishermans Village, Babcock Ranch, boat and fishing charters, tennis, golf , and great restaurants are all nearby. Punta Gorda is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation, with lots to see and do. The people are the friendliest you will find anywhere!

The guest room and den room share a bathroom with the entrance from the hallway.

General Information: This is a beautiful villa/condo in an upscale area of a the quaint harbor town, Punta Gorda. It's a low keyed area in which to relax and enjoy the wonderful Florida Lifestyle. It has been furnished as a comfortable home with quality furniture, and as of August 2006, everything was brand new. We have had wonderful tenants who have treated our villa as their own, therefore, everything still looks brand new! We live just around the corner and are always available for questions and help. We're looking forward to meeting our new tenant-guests! Punta Gorda is a special place to live and vacation - -- the people are the friendliest you'll find anywhere! Mickey & Jim

We had a wonderful month. The villa was beautifully decorated and well equipped. The owners were terrific and even replaced the DVD player within an hour of our reporting the problem.
Loved the location and found great, reasonable golfing. We had brought bikes and found the quiet streets easy and fon to poke around.
The development was very quiet and the community pool extremely handy and well maintained
Definitely will recommend to friends.

As you inter the estate you noticed the manicured lawns,
the beautiful landscape and the swaying palm trees. As you drive onto the property you noticed the gracious brick
driveway and the two car garage. On entering the Condo we were awed by the spaciousness. When walking throughout the Condo ,the decor gives an ambience of
serenity and relaxation.There is a marvelous den that is
wonderful for reading, writing or you can set up your internet.The living room has a large TV with very comfortable sofa and chairs. The kitchen is xtra large with
a table and four chairs, a pass through to the formal dinning room and all the amenities you could ever want. The bedrooms are inviting and extremely comfortable.The bathrooms spacious,large and again have everything you need. We would call this Paradice Found.

You are central to many great places. Ten mimutes to downtown Punta Gorda and fifteen to Fishaman Village with all haveing quaint shops, great restaurent and Boats for all pleasure's. Go on a cruise or take a boat out to and island to spent the day at the beach. If the boat is not for you,drive to one of the many beaches to see their village or comb their beaches.Do you like Golf, there is a course
right in the estate open to the public.
There is so much to see in this wonderful area and if need be, your Host and Hostess will do everything possible to
make sure is vacation is one that you will always remember. You will want to come back again and again.
We had a "PHENOMENAL" time. Thank you Karen and Jim !!!

Great Villa/Great Hosts

Our experience at this Villa was wonderful. The pictures on the website are very good and true to what we found. Our Hosts were wonderful to work with, accommodating in every way and helped make our first visit to Punta Gorda memorable. We plan to return next year. We would recommend this Villa and this owner to our friends and family, and anyone seeking a very good rental experience. The villa was very clean, beautifully decorated and thoroughly enjoyable. It was also well constructed and quiet with an attached unit on one side. The lanai was great for late morning and early afternoon sunning and the landscaping was lovely. It is close to Rt. 41, but no road noise was bothersome. It was within walking distance to a good drugstore and a commercial plaza with well-stocked grocery store, local restaurants and other service needs.
Downtown Punta Gorda has recovered beautifully from Hurricane Charley 4 years ago. There are many great little restaurants, shops and several parks along the river and harbor. Traffic and congestion is lower than in other areas as there is no public beach. There are several great beaches within 30-40 minutes drive time.
