Great spot to stay!

My son, daughter-in-law, 9-month old grandson and I just got back from 7 days in Puerto Rico. We stayed at this location and it was the best thing we could have done for our vacation. The apartment was spotless and had lots of room for us. The garden area was great for morning coffee or late night cribbage games! The best part was the beach right outside the door. I went walking every morning from 6 - 8 just to enjoy the peace and beauty of the place. Betty was always available if we needed anything and even the language barrier didn't really matter. She was fabulous. We enjoyed the area around us and walked to town everyday to have coffee, breakfast or lunch or simply to just sit and watch the hub-bub of daily living on the island. We will definitely stay here again if we go back to Puerto Rico. I just can't say enough good about it. Try it for yourself!!!

The excellent place for vacation

We had a tour in USA in NY, Miami, Puerto rico and the last one was really the best. Unfortunately we stayed only for 3 nights. There was enough space for 6 adults, the place was clean, comfortable and most important - a minute from the beach!!!! There was also a possibility to have a barbecue in the cosy garden...not far from Old San Juan, would really come back next time.

This is a great place to stay. Clean, beautful grounds, super close to the beach, Betty is so nice. the one bed i slept on was very comfortble, very firm i love that.
Thank you for a clean great place, very near the beach at a great price.

Cozy and Comfortable Place, Great Location!

We rented a two bedroom for a week, the place was very comfortable and equipped with all the appliances that you may need. It was also located a few steps from the beach with plenty of parking space. Management staff was very helpful and friendly.

We rented two one bedroom apts.Both were clean,well equiped and 10 yards from the beach!Within walking distance of the Condado ( casinos ,nightclubs etc...)Will go back again.Close to Walgreen's,a convenience market and a fabulous bakery-deli (Kasalta).We only rented a car to sightsee the rest of the island, and there was convenient parking on the street.
