Located at the corner of Seaside and Kuhio Avenues in the heart of Waikiki. Only a block and a half from the beach and a block from the International Marketplace. Enjoy all the privacy and comforts of home. The full kitchen has a large refrigerator and freezer, microwave, range and oven, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker. Brand new A/C, new granite vanity in bathroom, community swimming pool and sun deck, laundry facilities on every floor of building. Covered lanai. The renovation of our hallways is now complete with beautiful new wall coverings, crown molding, and new carpet! Newly renovated with new flooring throughout, new bathroom, new wall mounted flat screen TV with ipod docking station, surround sound stereo and DVD player. We take great pride in our condos and assure they are comfortable and meticulously clean.

the property was cleaning and well maintened.
the place is in the centre of waikiki, everything is near, the beach is just 3 minutes walking !

for italian people:
ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Cè tutto il necessario per qualche giorno di vacanza in Honolulu. Pulito, ben tenuto, ottima l'intera struttura, comodissima la posizione centrale, disponibilissimo e simpatico il proprietario

Excellent place to stay

We have just returned from our holiday in Hawaii (March 2009), we stayed at this Condo for 8 nights and it was the highlight of the trip. The Condo was in excellent location, safe, just a few steps away from the main beach, buses and many ABC stores where you can buy food, medications and beverages. There was no hidden agenda, the place was exactly what the owner portayed on the web. It comes with free underground parking too so was great for the hire car. So overall, we were very very pleased with the accomodation and would recommend anybody to stay to save lots of Hotels cost.
