A lovely home from home villa treasured by the owners set in its own terraced garden, with private swimming pool in the Piachi area of Moraira. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms which have just been refurbished. The Villa is adjacent to the Moraira to Benitachell road approx. 1/2 a mile from Villotell on the Moraira side. Situated about two miles from the beach and town, it enjoys lovely views of the Moraira plain. The nearest shops at the European Centre are about 1/2 mile away, with the Moonlighters bar 2 minute walk and Pan y Pan Jamon, Jamon at Sol Park 5 minutes. The town of Moraira was originally a fishing village. It still has fishing boats but is now enjoyed by many Europeans on holiday. It has kept its charm and feeling of a village community. Set in a valley running down to the sea. There are no high rise building as the majority of properties are privately owned villas. There are two beaches. One is in the town and the other one is at El Portet which a short drive from the town centre. It is also possible to walk to El Portet. Club Nautica in the heart of the marina is lovely for a relaxing lunch while watching the boats. Alicante airport is under one hour away and Valencia one and a quarter hours. Mainly motorway driving to the villa. A car is required as there is no public transport near the villa. It is possible to hire a taxi from the town centre which is approx 10 minutes away. Car hire can be organised on requested. Calpe and Javea are 15/20 minutes and Benidorm 25 minutes from the property.

  • Please contact me for STERLING prices. All prices included linen and towles. (Not beach towels) Linen change mid term and all utilites. There are no hidden extras.
    Beach towels can be supplied on request.
  • There are no cleaning charges for this villa. All linen is provided but not beach towels. 25% Deposit required to secure the booking. Balance 8 weeks before arrival. returnable key deposit £200. Payment by cheque or direct to a bank account. Long winter lets from October to March/April. Price on Application.
  • If I do not contact you within 18 hours of you sending an email to me, please telephone either number as I may be away from my computer. The cost of the call comes to me (on a divert) as I spend time out of the UK on a regular basis so international dialling tone might be heard.

Notes: The villa is situated about a 2 miles from the beach and town, it enjoys lovely views of the Moraira plain. It has a large sitting/dining room with open fire, Satellite TV, video and hi-fi. American style well equipped and recently refurbished kitchen, with cooker, microwave, dishwasher etc. Washing machine. Three bedrooms one is en-suite. The master bedroom suite also has it's own terrace. (The master en-suite and second bathroom being built early 2004). There is also a Naya (enclosed outside terrace) which is ideal for eating al fresco plus the barbecue terrace. In total there are three sunbathing terraces plus the sunbathing area around the pool. One terrace has the built in barbecue, with patio furniture and sun loungers. Another leads off the master suite and the third in the back garden.

Things to do: Many good restaurants and bars. Prices vary according to the establishment. 8 michelin guide rated and 3 michelin star restaurants in the area. A couple of night clubs. Children's fair. Marina. Many supermarkets, banks and two internet shops. Nice gift. clothes and shoe shops. The area is idea for families as the town is quite small, very clean and the Spanish are very friendly. There is a small fair open most of the year. In Benidorm there is the Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar sealife park. Benidorm Palace is worth a visit for an enjoyable night out. Train station in Teulada. The local wine from the Jalon Valley is an absolute must do.The nearest nine hole golf course is 5 minutes away. 8 other courses within an hours drive from the villa. There is a tennis club in Moraira. Water bikes, peddelos etc. in the town centre and on the beach. International Go-Karting track but suitable for all levels.

Bikes and walking.: It is possible to hire bikes and ride to town which the owners love to do. Walking to Moraira is not recommended as pavements are few and far between.

Other Activities: Internation Go-Karting Track for all levels 5 min drive.

We found this villa catered for all our needs. Very clean, good location but not quite walking distance to the town. Pool and terraces are excellent, the sun travels around the patio areas and every terrace has its own furniture. Quite alot of steps but they keep you fit.Kitchen was very well equipped . We would like to return to this villa again, as we had a peaceful well chilled holiday and the villa with its patio lighting and pool lighting looked very welcoming in the evening. Moraira is an excellent place to holiday.
