Our condo includes everything necessary for your comfort and enjoyment. Recently remodeled with custom paint. Brand new living room sofa. New patio furniture. New appliances, dishes, high thread count linens, towels. Kitchenette includes microwave, 2 burner stove-top, 10 cup coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, dishes, pots and pans. Large closet off bathroom provides plenty of storage and includes a combination safe for your valuables. The dining area has a glass top table which seats four.
Condo is located on seventh floor of privately owned condominium building. Ocean Views even from large bedroom! Elevators. The cleaning fee includes maid service once per week. Daily maid service available. Makes a terrific 'home base' for your vacation while you tour the cobblestone streets of historic Puerto Vallarta, walk the Malecon (boardwalk), lounge by the pool, swim in the ocean and explore the area. Watch whales in season from the balcony and fireworks from the pirate ship night.

Access to all resort amenities is included. INCLUDES ROOM SERVICE! The resort is a lovely 4 star property. A special concierge for Sea River Condos is available to assist you during your stay. Our local property managers, Bayside Properties handles the maid service and any property maintenance issues.
Available option to purchase all-inclusive package from resort. Price approximately $40 per day per person includes all food and drinks. Resort amenities include large pool with swim up bar, Island Bar, concierge, bell desk, business center, internet access and printing services, salon and spa, fitness center, beach massages, 3 restaurants (including an adult only Italian restaurant), several bars, shops on site, private beach, volley ball area, tennis courts, whirlpools. Beach towels included in rental fee, lounge chairs provided. Separate children's pool. Daily activities at pool and nightly entertainment. Race and sports book on property.
GETTING AROUND:
You will not need a car to enjoy the sites of Puerto Vallarta. The condo is located in the Hotel Zone area of Puerto Vallarta, minutes from downtown, the Marina and the airport. Taxis are available outside of the lobby at all hours. You can get anywhere for about $3-$10 US. The city bus stop is located in front of the resort and costs only a few pesos to ride. The hotel has a Hertz rental car desk to rent a car for a day if you wish. Condo is walking distance to shops and restaurants.
There is a travel agency and tour center located in the hotel to help you book any special activities or trips. You might want to try the Canopy Tour, the Jeep Jungle Tour or the Pirate Ship sailing cruise. You will be able to arrange parasailing, fishing, jet skiing or beach massage on the beach in front of the condo.
There is a Gigante supermarket within 5 minute walk where you can get groceries for the condo. Wall-Mart is a quick cab ride and includes a grocery section
