Beautiful 2br 2ba, totally renovated condo!! New pull out sleeper sofa & all new condo furnishings with a 32 inch TV w/ DVD player. Stackable washer & dryer for all those beach clothes. King Bed in the Master w/ your own private bath with a beautiful view of the sound at Cherry Grove. Second Bedroom has a full bed and a set of bunk beds. Great 3rd floor unit with a private balcony view of the sound & some ocean view. Don't forget the large pool too! This is an end unit so you will get more windows to enjoy the beautiful views of the pool, sound, & no large buildings blocking your view. Come and stay with us. Just steps from the ocean and few minute walk to the pier!! No motorcycles, trailers, or RVs allowed on the premises. Thanks Kenny We do not rent to high school & college kids. This is a family condo.

Cherry Grove is a great beach, minutes from wonderful entertainment and restaurants at Barefoot Landing & the heart of Myrtle Beach. You are right there by the famous Cherry Grove fishing pier and great local restaurants. Our unit is in a great location with a full view of the sound. Also when you come down the steps you cross street to the beach with great access for the family.

My family stayed here for our Labor Day vacation '09. We had a great time. The condo was very nice, neat, and clean. We have no negative comments. Great location to the beach......literally just steps away. Gorgeous view of the sound from the balcony and master bedroom. Plenty of room for the entire family. We were very pleased with this condo and are looking forward to hopefully coming back next summer. Kenny was very helpful and we appreciated him letting us stay here. Thanks a bunch!

There are 6 of us girls that have gotten together for the past 3 - 4 years for a Girls Getaway to the Beach. Every year we have had a great time, and this year was no exception! We had a great time! Plenty of room to play cards in the kitchen/living area. Since it was on the 3rd floor, there was no problem with noise. Condo was clean, kitchen well equipped. Owner was EXTREMELY nice and good to work with.

All in all, our trip was a BLAST!

Enjoyable beach rental

Description and pictures were true and accurate. Property was clean which was paramount to our vacation because we have a young child. The decorations were perfect for a beach rental and it felt very comfortable. The views of the sound were nice and the sunsets were breathtaking off the balcony. The owner was easy to deal with. The only improvement that could be made was for the pool. It was a small pool and the water wasn't very clean the day we were down there. The furniture by the pool wasn't very comfortable either. All in all, it was a great vacation rental and we'd definitely stay there again and will recommend it to others.

This vacation rental was lovely!! It was decorated with calming cool colors that really put you in the mood to be at the beach. The description of the rental on line is very true. It was very clean which is very important to me! You could tell that it has been taken care of. The location is great! You can walk to the local market and also to get great ice cream at a local store! It was nice to stay in a "family" friendly place. When our family goes to the beach we want to enjoy the beach! Our family were from the ages of 4- 72 and everyone enjoyed it! My father enjoyed late afternoons on the balcony ocerlooking the Innercoastal Waterway; while the children enjoyed late evening swims in a very clean pool! The owner was very nice to work with and always responded to my questions very promptly! I could not have asked for a better person to deal with. My whole family enjoyed our stay at this location and were very sad to see our week come to an end! We will definately stay here again! This is a great rental for families and I would like to use it in the future for a girls getaway also.

Overall very accomodating for me and my mom and sister. We went at the tail-end of Harley week and the location wasn't too overbearing with bikes.
Our only suggestion is the pool and pool area needs to be spruced up and perhaps get a bistro table and chairs for unit's porch. It's an awesome view of the sound!!
The walk to the beach is approx. 50 steps....
