This House Sits Directly On The Water With Own Lagoon. Located in a private neighborhood on Lower Matecumbe (MM74.5) this is the perfect place to enjoy all that the Florida Keys has to offer. This three-level spacious wood-frame home with wrap-around decks and views on each level, can sleep 8-10 people very comfortably. Privacy and beautiful views are the hallmark of this house. A sixty foot dock can easily accommodate two boats. Shore power and fresh water on dock. This House Is situated directly on the bay, Not A Canal!!! Located in a natural boat basin on the bayside, the house overlooks the bridges to fishing oceanside. Also adjacent to neighborhood park with shuffleboard, horseshoes and other games. Minutes to local shops, restaurants and other attractions.
