Our beautifully remodeled 2 story waterfront townhome is situated in the elegant Coronado Cays just to the south of the main island of Coronado. Upon passing thru the private gated entrance and stepping inside you will find a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bath 2,400 sq foot townhome that is exceptionally spacious and elegantly appointed. In the downstairs bedroom there is a queen size bed and a full bathroom with shower. The living room has a large entertainment center with a wide screen TV/DVD player, VCR, stereo/CD/cassette tape player/radio with surround sound. There are numerous couches and love seats to relax on. The dining room has a beautiful glass topped table with 6 chairs and there are 3 bar stools along the bar. Upstairs in the second bedroom there are 2 single beds pushed together to create a double. There is an upstairs patio overlooking San Diego Bay and there is an exceptionally large and inviting ground level back patio perfect for dining out on right on the water of the bay
