Our beautiful single family luxury home is located in a gated quiet community of 'BRIARWOOD'. The home is furnished comfortably and maintained to high standards. The 4 bedroom 3 bathroom split floor plan provides privacy for guests within the house, ideal for couples or families. The south facing enclosed pool area, is surrounded by lush landscape and lighting at night, which provides max. privacy, and atmosphere. The over sized lanai catches most of the day's sun for those sun worshipers. The shaded lanai area, outside the patio doors from the living room and patio door from the Master Suite, is ideal for sipping cool drinks and evening dining. Elegant 'Olde Naples' with it's beautiful white sand beaches, and upscale shopping and restaurants is only a 5-10 minute drive. Our fully equipped home will accommodate 8 adults (13 yrs and older) or 6 adults and 3 small children. It is ideal for a large family group or couples. Naples is the 'Jewel of Southwest Florida' with pristine white sand beaches, spectacular sunsets, elegant shopping and fine dining. Water sports, nature centers scenic boat tours, deep sea fishing and wildlife sanctuaries abound. A relaxing area, yet always something to do if you want. The Everglades, Florida Keys, Sanibel and Captiva Islands and Marco Island are all within easy reach and some of South West Florida's finest golf courses are in the Naples area. Elegant 'Olde Naples' and the beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast are within a ten minute drive from our home which is situated in a prime spot in a quiet and pleasant gated community of upscale homes built around several lakes. There are tennis courts, basketball nets, children's playground, and two large heated pools in the community center, located several blocks from our house. Miami is about a 2 hour drive across the Everglades, and a side trip on an air boat into the Everglades is worth the trip !!

Notes: Our non-smoking home accommodates up to 8-9 and is ideal for couples or a large family. The living room (lounge with adjoining dining area ) are finished off with floor tile to give a cool, comfortable feeling. The living room completely opens up, thru 9 ft glass sliding door wall , to the large screened pool area, complete with table, chairs and sun loungers for outdoor living. The Master bedroom also opens to the pool area and the #1 Queen bedroom has a private door entrance to the pool. The neighborhood is very friendly, and early morning/ late afternoon walkers abound. There are two large community heated pools, two tennis courts, and a shaded children's playground with in walking distance. Credit Cards are accepted thru PAYPAL

I never rented a home before. We always stayed in a hotel on our yearly visit to Naples. I also was leary about renting sight unseen but when I entered your home I was very happy. You have a beautiful home with all the amenities of a home and more. My family and I were very impressed and would love to stay again. It was very spacious and private. Thanks for a great week. The home was just beautiful and well appointed for a vacation stay. All of the details like plenty of propane for the grill and corkscrews for the wine were available. We will gladly rent from you again. Thanks for a great vacation!
