On the 1st floor are 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a large living room leading out to the pool area. This living room with large flat-panel tv also hosts a wet bar area convenient to the pool, with small refrigerator, sink, ice maker, and tv with dvd player.

Upstairs, you will find the master bedroom, 2 full baths, and a large great room encompassing a kitchen, dining room, and living room with large flat-panel tv and dvd player. There is also a large upper outside deck and screened porch with gas grill and EXCEPTIONAL VIEWS OF THE POOL AND THE OCEAN, making this one of the more versatile of rental homes available. The spacious chef's kitchen is equipped with new appliances and granite countertops. The pool area surrounds you with all new patio furniture and chaise lounges, complicating the poolside-or-beachside question every day. FREE wireless Internet access.
