Enjoy the sunshine in this charming waterfront condo overlooking Clearwater Bay. This one bedroom condo has a king size bed and balcony with a view of the Bay. Lie in bed and see the water and the palm trees swaying in the warm breeze! The living room/dining room has a big picture window with fantastic waterfront views, comfortable queen size pull-out sofa and recliner. There are 2 full bathrooms and a full kitchen complete with everything you need to cook a meal. Free wireless internet provided, if you have to check you emails you can sit at the dining room table and have a wonderful waterfront view. Very quiet location tucked back in on Clearwater Bay, yet the beach is on the other end of the street, only a 3 min. walk. There is a private dock for fishing or just relaxing on , heated waterfront pool, gas grill, laundry & parking. Sea birds, dolphins and manatee swim just below your bay window. Walk to the pier, marina, library, gym, shopping and fabulous restaurants. RELAX!

This condominium is part of the Coral Resort located in Clearwater Beach, on the Central Gulf Coast of Florida, USA (30 minutes from Tampa Airport) Across the bay from the city of Clearwater and just a short walk to the famous white sand beaches. The Coral Resort still has that old Florida beach charm. Away from everything, yet an easy drive to Clearwater, Tampa and Saint Petersburg. From the Coral Resort it is a pleasant and easy walk to restaurants, shopping, library, pier, sport fishing charters, live theater and much more. Something for everyone. The water is great, plenty of sunshine, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, incredible night sky and the air always fresh.

My husband and I spent a week in early March 2008. The condo was clean, roomy (two bathrooms were a plus!), and within short walking distance to restaurants. We loved the sunrise view of the intercostal, relaxing by the pool and the short one block walk to the beach. Laundry on site was also nice. Most of the fellow renters were long time returnees. We plan to come back this year!!

My husband and I visit Clearwater Beach every year over Valentines week and decided that instead of living out of a cooler and motel rooms, we would try condo renting. This condo at Coral Resort was a good fit. Having the one bedroom was a plus at making it feel more like coming home after a long day of site seeing and activities. We were welcomed by the annual guests and enjoyed great conversations on the dock, at the pool and at the patio happy hour (which, unfortunately we did not discover until the end of our stay). The onsite managers as well as guests were very helpful and accomidating. Great people. Don't let North Clearwater Beach turn you away from considering this condo. You could easily stay here without a rental car as all attractions are within walking distance and the SunTrolley will take you anywhere else you need to go.
Recommendations: Indian Rock Boat Rentals, nice clean boats without the rent me sign. For adventure, Canoe Escape in Tampa off 75 and 582. Don't forget your camera, once you get over canoeing with the gators, it had to be the most beautiful scenery. Bonus, if you plan this trip on the weekend Big Top Flea Market is across the street.
