Are you looking for a cozy tropical home with a secluded backyard to get lost in? This comfortable Hollywood home comes with a big covered deck, a barbecue area, tiki bar and very private fenced backyard. Mango and banana trees bring plenty of shade for you and your dogs. Relaxing comes easy in this setting. It's only two miles from the beach so there's a wonderful tropical breeze. Hardwood floors and tropical colored walls give this home a real Florida feel. Don't let the price fool you, I'm just trying to pay the mortgage and still use my home. It's really a cozy and clean home. It's located one mile from downtown Hollywood where there is plenty of wonderful sidewalk restaurants to enjoy an outdoor meal. Hollywood is still a nice small town and this is the perfect home to experience it from. If you are looking for a retreat to write your book, paint, or compose or recover....this is it! I have a playpen, highchair and baby seat for one of the two bikes for your use.

Pet Friendly home!: Dogs of any size are welcome here. The yard is very big and totally fenced. The interior is hardwood floors and tile. It's really a wonderful home to stay in. You will be so happy and relaxed here. There is usually a wonderful breeze blowing through the house from the ocean. The back deck is the perfect place to kick back and enjoy the view. My house is kid friendly since I have a toddler. You are welcomed to use the playpen, high chair and baby bike seat. You'll find...coffee filters, paper towels, toilet paper, detergents and soaps, blow dryers, and all sorts of house things waiting for you. It's my home when I'm not renting it so I keep it supplied.

Artist Retreat: If you would like a long term rental to work from this is the place. Call me and we can talk about it.

This was the most comfortable home we have stayed in. We felt like it was ours. So tropical and clean and just a nice place to relax in. The backyard is unbelievable. Cocktails and barbeques every night on the deck and the dogs having so much room to run around in was just perfect.

We just got home from a wonderful week in Hollywood. We had a great time at this cozy little house. Very clean and loaded with character! Had everything we needed! Guest bedroom has two twins, and is a split plan from the master. Master has its own bath with a washer and dryer, which was a super plus with little kids. Our dog had the best time ever in the amazing backyard. Sat out and grilled one night and it was so relaxing. We even ate a few mangos that had fallen from the tree and they were so sweet! Beach and stores all nearby, and get breakfast at Jacks diner down the road. Stroll downtown Hollywood in the evening only a mile or two away. Scenic A1A is right up the road if you feel like taking a leisurly cruise and seeing mansions. Miami is a quick drive also. Had a great time, hopefully we will be back again and again!

Awesome place!

My family and I felt at home right away, we loved everything about the house and the awesome back yard. Everything is so close...10 mins to the beach, 30 mins from Miami. I would recommend anyone who wants to rest in a quiet neighborhood and a tropical yard go to this lil charming Tropical Home.

Fantastic Vacation for family and pets

The photos of this home do not do it justice! CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN... What a wonderful place for you and your animals. My boxer did not want to leave, I could not keep her inside, she loved the yard and the freedom she had to roam. The backyard was like living in paradise. We were there for 14 days and hated to leave. The owner was easy to reach and was more than eager to help with any questions or even with suggestions for nice beaches and local attractions.... I would recommend this home as being a great place to stay! We were looking for a home away from home and that is exactly what we got!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

This little cottage was perfect for my needs. My dog loved the backyard and with all the palm trees, fruit trees and greenery, you really felt like it was a little paradise! Can't wait to go back next year!
