The master bedroom & en-suite bathroom are on the same floor as the living area. Two large terraces ideal for outside living. The town of Moraira was originally a fishing village. It still has fishing boats but is now enjoyed by many Europeans on holiday. It has kept it's charm and feeling of a village community. Set in a valley running down to the sea. There are no high rise building as the majority of properties are privately owned villas. There are two beaches. One is in the town and the other one is at El Portet which a short drive from the town centre. It is also possible to walk to El Portet. Club Nautica in the heart of the marina is lovely for a relaxing lunch while watching the boats. Alicante airport is under one hour away and Valencia one and a quarter hours. Mainly motorway driving to the villa. A car is required as there is no public transport near the villa. It is possible to hire a taxi from the town centre which is approx 10 minutes away. Car hire can be organised on requested. Calpe and Javea are 15/20 minutes and Benidorm 25 minutes from the property.

Price on application. Possible price reduction for late bookings. All linen is provided but not beach towels
  • If I do not contact you with 18 hours of you sending an email to me please telephone either number as I may be away from my computer. The cost of the call comes to me (on a divert) as I spend time out of the UK on a regular basis so international dialling tone might be heard.

Things to do.: Many good restaurants and bars. Prices vary according to the establishment. 8 michelin guide rated and 3 michelin star restaurants in the area. A couple of night clubs. Children's fair. Marina. Many supermarkets, banks and two internet shops. Nice gift. clothes and shoe shops. The area is idea for families as the town is quite small, very clean and the Spanish are very friendly. There is a small fair open most of the year. In Benidorm there is the Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar sealife park. Benidorm Palace is worth a visit for an enjoyable night out. Train station in Teulada. The local wine from the Jalon Valley is an absolute must do. The nearest nine hole golf course is 5 minutes away. 8 other courses within an hours drive from the villa. There is a tennis club in Moraira. Water bikes, peddelos etc. in the town centre and on the beach. International Go-Karting track but suitable for all levels. Card & Board games on request.

Wheelchair friendly on the main living floor. Slope leading down to the swimming pool. There are two terraces. One on the main living floor and the other is downstairs adjacent to the twin bed rooms.

Other Activities: Go-Karting on an Internaitonal Track 5 minutes away

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa with its superb views out over the coast. Coral and her husband were always at hand and were very helpful. We stayed for six weeks from January until the last day in February and our only complaint was that the heating in the lounge was not sufficient to cope with one of the coldest winters people there could remember (still blue skies though)! If we had only asked this problem could have been resolved by Coral. The area is very attractive and good for walking. Tourist Information Offices are very helpful and provide details of good walks from easy to hard. Even in winter there were sufficient restaurants open right across the price range and tastes. We would certainly recommend this property and we would have no hesitation in returning in the future. Rosemary & David Camborne, Cornwall.
