Special: Address: 715 W. Ashley Ave., Folly Beach. Possibly the tallest home on Folly, with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, with the entire third floor is a game room, complete with full size pool table, ping pong and wet bar, leading to a large open porch with panoramic beach views. No one will argue over the bedrooms since all bedrooms face the ocean with porch access on three levels. Private beach walkway with shower is just a few feet away, beach sand maybe 50 steps from the porch. The Edwin S. Taylor fishing pier (named for the owner) and business district is just 7 blocks away. Elevator equipped. And, total of 9 TVs, internet, music and video library. NOTE: NO SPRING BREAK STUDENTS! No events, house parties, weddings, receptions, pets, or GRILLING, & finally, NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.
