Just 1 mile from Beaver Creek Ski Resort and 10 miles to Vail Village. This is a fabulous sunny 3 bedroom + den + loft home. There are 3 wood burning fireplaces, one in the living area, one in the hearth room and one in the master bedroom. There is a private hot tub off the master for your relaxation after a day skiing the back bowls of Vail, or Beaver Creek's moguls. Designers decorated the home with plenty of warmth and character. On the main floor you will find the den with a sleeper sofa and bath, the kitchen with attached dining area, and the hearth room. The kitchen features all new appliances and sunny deck. Step down a couple of steps from the main floor to relax in the living area. A entertainment system sits adjacent to the large stone fireplace. The patio off the living area opens to a large yard. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a queen bedroom shares a bath with the bedroom with 2 twins. The master has a queen bed, full bath and private hot tub on the deck.

The proximity of this home to Beaver Creek and Vail world-class ski resorts makes this the ideal location. Both ski resorts are quickly accessible by car or the local bus. The base of Beaver Creek is less then 3 miles, and Vail Village is less then 10 miles. The bus stops within walking distance of the house and offers routes to both resorts. The home is tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood on a golf course, with nearby pocket parks used for sledding in the winter and playgrounds in the summer. During the winter cross-country skiers and snowshoers trek through the golf course. A convenient store is around the corner from the house, and a grocery store is a short drive. The Vail Valley offers incredible dining and shopping in both resort villages, as well as in the nearby towns of Avon (1.5 miles), Edwards (5 miles) and Minturn (5 miles).
