Beautiful PGA National Townhouse. This townhouse is in immaculate condition and is furnished with the owner’s personal touch. Lots of light, huge screened in patio area with wonderful tropical views, furnished with table and 6 chairs, overhead fan, two lounge chairs & Webber BBQ Grill. This townhouse features two bedrooms plus a den with a couch that converts into a twin bed. All bedrooms have flat screen tvs. The livingroom has a 42' HDTV with Bose DVD surround . Large master suite with king-size bed, huge shower area and two separate sinks with vanities. Second bedroom features two twin beds and full bath. The third full bath is on the first level adjacent to the den. Large eat-in kitchen looks into dining room and living room areas. There is also a 1 car garage with washer/dryer. PGA national resort and spa features 5 championship golf courses. We are located off the 15th tee of the Champ, home of the Honda Classic.

Membership includes signing privileges, golf on five courses every day, including The Champ, home of the Honda Classic, the tennis club, croquet club, fitness center and lap pool, and full use of all resort facilities.In addition their is a member's only dinning room, lounge, and private locker rooms.

Available January- April 2010: Home available without golf for 3 months in season for $4500 per month.
