This newly remodeled cabin is light and bright with new carpet, cabinets, paint, tiled floors and more. It has an open living room/dining room/kitchen area. There is a large fireplace in the corner of the living room offering extra warmth in the winter.
It is only a five minute drive to Tahoe City where you can enjoy many wonderful restaurants, boutique shops and river rafting. There are approximately 30 miles of paved bicycling trails bordering the Truckee River and the Lake that are just a few minutes from the home.
Outside of the cabin, the yard is sunny and flat. There is a new, bi-level, large composite deck. You can relax in the deck furniture, BBQ or enjoy a quiet evening with friends over cocktails. There is a new, private hot tub to the rear of the cabin where you can soak and relax.
Ski: The Homewood Mountain Resort, Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley Ski areas are a short drive away. Granlibakken Ski area is literally right around the corner and offers an intimate, family style resort for beginning skiers, tubers and boarders!
