Beach by day, State Street by night. both within easy access by foot, bike, bus or car. This charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath house sits back off the street on a quiet little drive right in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara. Even includes a charming backyard with a market umbrella and table in which to sit and have a BBQ (included). Start your day with a nearby walk to Starbucks or a visit to the Mission Santa Barbara (less than a mile away), then easy access to West End Beach by bike (2 come with your rental), is all downhill (ride the trolley back home) and less than 2 miles away. At night popular State Street with all the fine dining restaurants, movie theatres and entertainment you can find is within easy 2 block walking distance.

Or if you wanna order pizza for delivery (may we suggest Rusty's!) it's just the perfect setting for a quiet evening at home before another fun and active day in beautiful Santa Barbara.

  • NO smoking. Inquiries about pets and children considered.
  • Deposit required. Holiday Weekend minimum 4 night rental.
  • Policies
    There is a $80 cleaning fee per visit, plus a damage deposit of $150 which is refundable within one week of check-out.

    Deposits
    Please mail a check for 50% of the total due to hold the booking. Payment in full is required by 30 days prior to check-in.

    Refunds
    Your 50% deposit will be refunded in full up to 30-days before check-in date. There is no guaranteed refund beyond 30 days prior to check-in date, however, if I am able to rent to another party for the dates you had reserved, I will return your payment to you.

We just returned from a very relaxing week stay in the cottage and we can't stop talking about how much we enjoyed it! The location of the cottage was perfect! We were close to State Street, Stearn's Wharf and many, many fine shops and dining all without any of the traffic noise. The cottage is very comfy, homey, and large enough for small families like mine. You would be very happy to see that all the appliances work very well and the layout is open.
The owner has taken great planning for her guests and you will be very satisfied with everything about your stay in the cottage.

Great Get away!!

We took a chance and found this little cottage on line. It was truly more than we expected. We loved the yard & doggie door for our pet with no worries that she could escape!! The cottage was so clean and comfortable! Loved the beds!! We found that it had everything we needed during our weeks stay and hope to return next year!
