Kona Alii condo is located directly across from Kailua Bay and Alii Drive. This lovely one bedroom Island retreat offers 180 Degree ocean and sunset views. From here you can watch Whales in Wintertime, endless ocean waves crushing against the shoreline all year long. The ocean is just 60 feet away from the building. This location is close to many activities: swimming, surfing, snorkeling, jogging, walking, Churches, Farmer's market, shopping and dining. A public tennis court and Volleyball court is very close by and free of charge. You will not need to drive to enjoy those many activities. This comfortable and spacious vacation condo has been newly upgraded with hardwood flooring, new carpet and new appliances. This unit is view oriented to watch the waves and ocean activities from your living room, bedroom, full kitchen, specious living room and lovely sun deck. 2 full bath add to your comfort and privacy. This security complex offers a large pool with BBQ, elevator and free parking.

surrounding: This is the center of activities . You do not need a car to go shopping, dining, swimming, play tennis or volleyball. The beach is right across from the condo. There also is an Internet cafe right next to the building. There you can also pick up a good cup of Kona coffee.

Inside the condo: The inside of the condo is very comfortable and spacious, The view is awesome. You can also see the ocean from the comfort of your bed.

Cancellation Policy:: Cancellation Policy: A reservation deposit of $300.00 minimum (depending on the length of your stay) is due with the reservation. The balance will be due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. We accept personal checks, money orders. bank transfers Visa, Master Card and Discover Card. There is a 3 % booking fee with credit card payments on the remaining balance, but not on the initial deposit. Cancellation must be received 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date in order to receive a full refund minus 75.00 cancellation fee. Owner can not be held liable or responsible for any construction, repairs or other issues arising outside of her condo # 303 since this would be beyond her control.

Thai has been a perfect vacation without the use of a car. Each day we walked over to the farmers market for some fresh produce, we checked our e mail right next to the condo and we even played tennis whenever we felt like it in the public tennis court. Jeff would just walk out ot the condo, looked over to the tennis court and came back to to get me and the rackets, great.
We took the tour bus around the island
which also stopped by the Volcano.
Thank you for lsetting us stay in this wonderful, spaciour and comfortable condo.

We recently stayed at this unit. In my opinion, could not have been a better location. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. Nice having two bathrooms. No ac, but the breeze coming off the ocean was plenty. Several good restaurants nearby. What a beautiful island!

It was more than we expected. The view was awesome. We also enjoyed the comfort and space as well as the location. White Sands Beach and Kahalu Beach for snorkeling where just minutes away.
