Caribbean View Villa offers a spectacular view of Salinas' mountain and the Caribbean Sea. Enjoy privacy, tranquility and comfort. Newly built Mediterranean Style residence that sits on a top of a small mountain on a 5 acres lot. Fully furnished in a tropical style, spacious rooms, fully equipped gourmet kitchen and laundry room. Back, front, and second floor porches, all with patio furniture. . A/C in bedrooms. Master bedroom is located on the second floor and has a jetted tub and porch. 5 minutes from Chi-Chi Rodriguez International Gulf Course and Resort, the Olympic Park and Thruway to San Juan and Ponce; 15 minutes from sea food restaurants, beaches, boat club, sea sanctuary, the towns of Salinas and Guayama. Property secure with electric gate, plenty of off street parking.

Amenities: Newly furnished in a tropical style. Spacious living and dinning room/area. Family room. A/C and ceiling fans. TV, DVD, VCR, radio. Front, back and second floor porches with patio furniture and hammocks.. Half bathroom in back porch. Fully equipped gourmet eat-in kitchen including wall ovens, soft cook top, granite counter top, mahogany cabinets, two kitchen sinks, dishwasher, filter water, cookware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, blender, island/breakfast bar, etc. Laundry room with washer and dryer. The Aguirre Gulf Court is around 15 minutes from the house. The court is located in what used to be a sugar cane platation. There is small museum and planation house tipical of the last mid-century, american style.

OUR FIRST FAMILY VACATION

PERFECT!!! There were six of us. My husband & I whom are in our mid twenties, my male cousin whom is also in his twenties, my mother in-law, my 2yr old son and my 5 yr old niece. The house was more beautiful than I imagined. The views are spectacular!!! It was a very comfortable and relaxing home. Plenty of space for the kids to run around. We had a blast!!! We will be staying there again next year!!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Amazing views

The house is away from it all, but at the same time, a short drive away from shopping malls, grocery stores and movie theaters. The house is located on top of a hill, with spectacular views of the mountains and the Caribbean Sea. It is also very spacious and breezy, especially upstairs. The interior of the house needs a bit of attention: some of the furniture and bedding looks dated and worn and would benefit from an upgrade, and some items located in the kitchen and restroom need to be replaced. Flor, the caretaker, and Hector, the owner, were very attentive when we contacted them. Overall, a great property in a beautiful area. With the above minor issues fixed, it could be amazing.

We did not have enough time to notice and correct the things you are mentioning. Thank you for bringing them to our attention. Wow! .... Wow, wow, wow! Loved it!

What a beautiful home! I could have moved in permanently and been
completely happy. Everyone in my family (and there were 8 of us) thought the house was spectacular.

The view was to die for! Everything within the house was far beyond
our expectations. Every room was spacious and well appointed ... and who could have expected a bidet in the bathroom? Fabulous tile. Beautiful dark marble countertops. Top of the line appliances. Nothing was missing. Everything was tastefully done.

It's close to Guayama, Salinas and Ponce, and is just up the hill from Chi Chi Rogdriguez's fabulous golf resort. (It is NOT close to "the action", if you're looking for nightlife. For that you should stay in San Juan ... preferably Old San Juan ... on San Sebastian Street!)

We were there for the Dulce Sueno Fair, and for that this fabulous house was perfect. Thank you so much. We will be back!
