With gorgeous weather year round, you can't help but smile and feel good! The home is just minutes walking distance to restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. Manhattan Beach Pier is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride, and Hermosa Beach Pier is a 30 minute walk or 10 minute bike ride. The house is located 15 minutes to LAX International Airport. Centrally located for visits to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Staples Center, LA Zoo, Sunset Boulevard, Hollywood hotspots and Rodeo Drive.
