Property is located near major highways. I-75 is nearby if you are traveling south to Sarasota area which is about a 45 minute drive. I-4 East heads toward Orlando and nearby attractions (about a 30 min. drive), including, but not limited to Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios. Tampa has many attractions, including Busch Gardens, Florida Aquarium, MOSI (Museum of Science and Industry) and Tampa Zoo. Also on the East Coast about a 1 1/2 hour drive is the Kennedy Space Center and Daytona Beach.
