What a great opportunity to rent this luxurious apartment in Isla Verde, across from The Embassy Suite, one minute walk from the Ritz Carlton Hotel & Casino. From the property itself to the attractions of the Isla Verde strip, Condado and the old San Juan you'll have the best the island offers. Five minutes from the Condado area, you can take in sea breezes and watch the sun slowly set. Try your luck at the casinos nearby, El San Juan Hotel, some of the island's largest just one block away, or swim at the gorgeous pool and play with your family, or enjoy (1 minute walk) sunbathing on the ocean followed by a drink at some of the best restaurants and bars just down the street. For the active-minded, Isla Verde is great for jogging by the sea or long walks. The magic of the Caribbean spell doesn't take long to work. Off-property, you'll feel the transformation, too. Review of Apartment on Tar Tak

We stayed in this apartment in '08 for about a week and a half and being a native of the island it was important for me to show my family some of the best sights. The apt. is a stones throw from the beach in Isla Verde, known as being a great hot spot. 5 min from the San Juan hotel and 10 from the Condado Plaza/ Caribe Hilton. Isla Verde is rich in culture as it has many restaurants and great bars and clubs to visit and what better place to be than right there!
The freeway is also very close which allows for speedy travel all over the island.
As for the apartment it is very spacious and includes all the luxury of a home; fridge, washer and dryer and all the furniture you need.
The 2 whole bathrooms will be a great accommodation to big families. You have access to a pool that is always warm and inviting with the song of the coqui, our native frog. The pool has a shower, to wash off sand, and chairs to sunbathe.
To arrange the apartment is equally as comfortable as the owners are very easy to communicate with and even have connections on the island that might suite your needs.
I definatly recommend this apartment and trust your stay in Puerto Rico will be as good as ours.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
