Webster8 is a beautiful Spanish-style fourplex built in 1927, carefully updated and restored over the past five years, while still retaining its original character and charm. We are located in historic Hancock Park, one of the truly beautiful original upscale neighborhoods of Los Angeles. The area has numerous cafes, shops and fine restaurants within walking distance. Each unit is exquisitely furnished with period antiques and reproduction pieces, crystal glassware, porcelain china and sterling silverware. All pieces were thoughtfully chosen and collected over many years of travel. We have high-speed cable internet (cat5 and wireless), 3 TVs in each unit (some plasma) with over 400 channels to choose from. This is an ideal setup for a businessperson or entertainment-industry executive or a family vacation. All utilities except phone included in price. Weekly maid service N/C.

Really terrific. We had been travelling and staying in different hotels so it was great to just stop, unpack, and luxuriate in all the space that our gorgeous apartment afforded us. Francie was so very nice - there for any questions but mostly we enjoyed total privacy. Reading out in the garden in the California sun was lovely. Location is great, central to all, and one can even walk to shops and cafes. I was heartily recommending the apartment to all my LA friends who might have folks coming to visit.

Webster 8 was recommended by a friend as a great apartment to stay while in L.A. We've stayed in many apartments while on holiday through the years, but we had no idea how wonderful Webster 8 was going to be.

Walking through the front door, my jaw dropped at the overall size of the unit. Francie has left no stone unturned in her quest to provide one of L.A.'s premiere boutique hotel experiences. Tastefully decorated with top of the line amenities, elegant bathrooms and near as perfect as a location as you could hope for — also, both kid and pet friendly.

I would be happy to stay here again and again. Thank you Francie.

The Webster 8 apartment was spotless, beautifully-appointed and decorated, and had a fulll-equipped kitchen, dining room and all a/v equipment was top of the line. We felt as if we were visiting a good friend with excellent taste and will definitely stay here again. Loved the neighborhood, too. Excellent for walking and dining.
