Our furnished home is in prestigious Hammock Dunes between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal waterway. Both clubhouses are yours to use with their dining facilities. There is championship croquet, tennis and swimming at the pool or private beaches. Our home has a private pool and jacuzzi . We have just renovated the house and it is in perfect shape. You will love the beachy look and the wonderful kitchen. The master bedroom looks over the pool on the first floor. There is a 42-inch plasma TV with surround sound. We are a 1/2 hour south of St.Augustine and a 1/2 hour north of Daytona Beach. The perfect place to live. If you must, Orlando is about 1-1/2 hours away. YEARLY RENTAL
