With a park like setting, roses bloom amongst bayberry and sea lavender. Observe the great blue heron, marsh hawk, osprey, plovers, pipers, and of course gulls! Fish for striper, mackerel and flounder.
Walk the shores, rock hop or settle on a bench to watch the water activities. Enjoy a game of badminton, croquet or horseshoes on the lawn. Bring your boats and sail, kayak or canoe amongst the finger islands of Casco Bay.
Relax, watch the tide and enjoy the sunsets and sunrises.
If you venture off island you may want to travel to nearby Freeport to shop, Bowdoin College in Brunswick or
the shipyard town of Bath.

4. Check in is from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Saturday
5. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. Saturday
6. Late check in is by prior arrangement
7. One week minimum stay between April and October
8. Reservations guaranteed by a 50% non-refundable deposit
9. The balance of rental fee, the security deposit, cleaning fee & 7% Maine Lodging Tax is required 30 days prior to check in.
10. $500.00 Security Deposit. Fees will be deducted if property not left in condition it was found; this property is immaculate.
