Fully outfitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric and coffee maker (owner loves to cook so all 'gadgets are here'). Living room with fireplace, cable TV, DVD/VCR, CD Player. Dining Rooms seats 8. Gas Grill, Picnic Table, Adirondack Chairs, Canoe and Basketball Court.

Location: Lakes Region < New Hampshire < USA

One of the most Beautiful views on the Lake. We purchased the home in 2002 and updated replaced all floors, rugs, paint, sinks, shower (very large) and windows. There is no central air but we do supply air conditioning is some rooms. Plenty of fans. Lots of room behind the house to pitch a tent, screen house etc. Basketball area is also behind the house (good Size) Boats can be put in and taken out right at the property.

I recently spent a week at the Cotter Camp house with my wife, 7 month old son and 17 month old yellow labrador. The sunset view is amazing! We enjoyed sitting on the deck each evening. The lake was warm and shallow, which provided safe swiming for all of us. The wind seemed to pick up in the afternoons, which was a nice as the weather was on the warm side and the breeze was a sure welcome. The wind also kept the mosquitos at bay, but I would recommend bringing the bug spray for those early morning and late evening walks. The house was very clean and provided ample room for the four of us on the main level. If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle, this spot will certainly accomodate. It's a little bit off the beaten path and actually off a dirt road, which adds to the charm. It was a pleasure dealing with the owner who made renting the house as easy as 1-2-3.

My daughter and I rented this house for a much needed vacation. It was beautiful and clean. The owners take pride in this cottage. We will rent it again next year.

Just Beautiful

The cottge clean and spacious what you read from the details is the truth. The beach was great kids loved it. Nice shallow entry and shallow about 100 yards out . Nice deck sat out every night. Our weather was not the greatest but we did not care we felt right at home. Went to blue moon closest take out and very good. You would not think so but Pizza was good. def. recommend.
