This spacious 5 bedroom residence is centrally located about a mile from Nauset Light ocean beach and the bike path. The house is located on the ocean side of Route 6 with Coast Guard Beach also just a short drive away. Enjoy yourself on a bike ride to the ocean or along the newly improved bike path. The floor plan has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the first floor, with 2 bedrooms, a bath and a lounge area on the second. The kitchen is spacious with a large eating area that seats 8 comfortably, with the formal dining room additionally seating 6 adults . The living room is quite large (24' x 15'), includes a big screen plasma TV with DVD player, and seats 10 very comfortably. High speed Internet and computer are provided for your convenience as well. The yard is private and quiet with a large stone patio, chaise lounges and a grill for your outdoor living.

After 35 years of renting vacation homes in Eastham, two years ago I found this-perfect in EVERY way for my large extended family. This is a wonderful, spacious home with thoughtfully planned, well appointed rooms. The owner has provided ALL the modern conveniences needed to ensure a comfortable stay while maintaining the home's character and charm. The kitchen is very well equipped. The large patio is almost another room, affording plenty of seating, tables, etc. Beautiful yard with convenient circular driveway and plenty of parking. The location can't be beat! So close to beautiful Coast Guard & Nauset Light beaches and convenient to all kinds of activities, shopping, restaurants. This would be a GREAT place for a reunion of "Cape-loving" far-flung family to gather for Thanksgiving or Christmas! It's truly a wonderful "home away from home".
