Located in the heart of Anaheim, this luxurious condominium situated in the center of Disneyland is a wonderful stay for a family vacation here in the beautiful and mild climate California. Pamper you and your family in this home of tranquility and commodity after a long day of fun in the sun and during the silent nights. Sleep has never been better in this cozy vacation home with a fabulous view of the Disneyland fireworks every night around nine o’clock. This is a brand new home that was recently purchased in the fall of 2005, with fine quality furnishings, appliances and all the amenities to make a delightful stay on a budget. This home is especially the luxury living in and near Disneyland. Fun for friends and family at a fair price. Start every morning with a sunny breakfast in our newly furnished kitchen with accessories that can “jump-start” your day such as our Keurig coffee/tea machine. End the days with magnificent scenery of the Disneyland fireworks.

This home is located at the heart of Disneyland, California Adventures, Downtown Disney, The ESPN Zone, Anaheim Convention Center, Crystal Cathedral, the Block at Orange (outdoor mall), Regal Cinemas, UCI Medical Center and LA Fitness Center. Even better, visit the Irvine Spectrum full of shopping malls and an IMAX movies theater fit for family fun at the movies. (Just located twenty minutes away) fifteen minutes to John Wayne Airport, Knott’s Berry Farm, and for a sunny day, Soak City is the place to slip, slide and get wet! Take fun in the sun a step further by going to the Beaches! Located twenty-five minutes away is the well-known Laguna Beach. Not only does this beach come with everything one sees on the hit reality show on MTV, but go for nice strolls along the hotel gardens and take a dip in the refreshing ocean with your family. Keep in mind that in 2007, Disney’s Garden Walk Park will be open to visitors for a nice stroll in the luxuries of Walt Disney.

If you’re seeking a trip outside of Anaheim with your family, visit Universal Studios in Los Angeles for just a forty-five minute drive. Take a ninety minute drive to San Diego, Sea world to see the Shamu Show and Legoland. For the island enthusiast, the Catalina Island Express leaves daily from San Pedro Harbor where one can enjoy the day in Avalon (twenty-five minutes). As a tribute to those that are of age to drink, how about visiting the wine country situated in Temecula (sixty minutes away). For one’s conveniences, across from the Citrus Villas are grocery stores, ice cream parlors, drug stores, banks and a sundry of restaurants. For souvenirs and gifts, go to Downtown Disney to shop for clothes and gifts for family and friends as well as enjoy the restaurants and food there too!

Very nice well maintaned condo the property desription was as stated, Excellent location if your going to disneyland, seemed to only be about 3 blocks away. Everything you need is located near the condo, grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacy. The only down side was not having dressers in any of the bedrooms to store your belongings and not having an internet connection you are also super close to the neighbors but nothing that should stop you from visiting this condo. (tip) The description says u can see disney fireworks from condo and u can but only if you stand and watch from the laundry room... besides that our stay was excellent...

A great place to stay for a big groups with young children,we able to watch disney firework from the bedrooms,accessible to 24hr supermarket and other shops too.Will stay there again if i gonna visit Anaheim and hope it will have internet access soon.

My family stayed here for my Disney wedding. I have a large family. There was plenty of space, mattresses, blankets, etc. We very much enjoyed our stay and the managers are accessible & friendly! I highly recommend this place!
