    SPRING 2012 Rates: $220 per weekend, $275 long 3 night weekend (vacation/holiday periods may vary).

    SUMMER 2012 Rates: Rentals by the week or split weeks available (arrival first day listed-depart last day listed): Sun to Wed $420, Thurs to Sun $450, Sun to Thur $560, Wed to Sun $590, Weekly (Sun to Sun) $900.

    LATE SUMMER/EARLY FALL 2012 Rates : Labor Day long weekend $440. Sept weekends: $295 or $375 long 3 night weekend.

    OCTOBER 2012 RATES: Weekend $325 or $395 for long 3 night long weekend (excludes Columbus Day weekend)

    OCTOBER (late) to DECEMBER (up to Christmas) 2012 weekends: $240 or $310 long 3 night weekend (holiday periods exempt)

Great Condo!

We stayed at this condo during the weekend of Thanksgiving and had a great time. Its not far from the Outlets and there is a small grocery store near by that has everything you need. The flat screen TV in the living room was very nice, great picture!I have no complaints I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Weekend in N. Conway

Absolutely wonderful place to stay & kick back for a weekend (or longer). The condo was immaculate, tastefully decorated and made us feel right at home. Good location, close to town & nice restaurants. Recommend the Red Parka Tavern - great steak & burgers (our son would have eaten B,L & D there if we let him). Would definately come back!

Great home base for a New Hampshire vacation

My husband and I, and our two kids (3.5 and 6), had a wonderful time in the condo! The master suite was nice and my kids really enjoyed the loft. As other reviewers have said, the loft is fairly well isolated from the downstairs living room. The location is wonderful - 10' from Storyland, 15' from Diana's Baths and Cathedral Ledge. And less than 10' from the Spaghetti Shed (fantastic Italian food) and the While Mountain Cider store, which had great breakfast sandwiches and cider doughnuts.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers
Owner's Response: The recommendations for dining are excellent..and nearby to the condo.

Great Family Vacation!!

This was a great place to stay. We had plenty of room and everything was perfect. We were so close to storyland and the pool was great.

Great location and lay out!

We rented for 3 nights for a santas village/storyland getaway and thought it was great! Was originally concerned about getting my kids(3 year old twins and a 5 year old) to bed in the loft area, but It is quite separate from the living area and worked out really well. Property has tennis courts, pool and playground which is super for families as well. Will definitely consider returning on our next trip up north!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
