Great Condo!

We stayed at this condo during the weekend of Thanksgiving and had a great time. Its not far from the Outlets and there is a small grocery store near by that has everything you need. The flat screen TV in the living room was very nice, great picture!I have no complaints I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Place for a large family!

The condo was a great size for our large family of 6! The kids had plenty of space to play and have separation. The Master "suite" gave us a nice break! Everything was very clean and well stocked! The location is great, close to everything! The indoor pool and game area were great. Only drawback is that they were too far away to walk to in the cold. Def recommend it and we will be staying again in the future!

to clarify the rec building distance: There is a path through the woods to the rec building which starts in front of the parking lot (next to tennis courts) adjacent to our building. It cuts the walking distance in half, but is usually snow covered in the winter and not cleared.

Great Stay!

We had a great short stay over New years! We decided to try to go away for the new Year just a few days before and the owner was great at providing information and getting everything in order with very short notice. The unit was neat and clean and was well appointed with kitchen necessities. The kids loved the loft and sleeping in the bunk beds. Thank you for a great mini-vacation Paul!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Paul's condo in Bartlett NH. The townhouse is very cozy, plenty of space for our family ( grandpa, 2 kids and 2 adults ) , it was very clean, nicely decorated and Paul thought about every details to make the stay a pleasant vacation.
We enjoyed a lot to be so close to Attitash ( 5 min ) and we appreciated to relax in the indoor pool and game room. We definitely recommend this rental and the location is great : a quiet location and so close to everything without any traffic !

We had a great time with our family and we'll definitely come back soon !

great vacation rental!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this great condo during our vacation. It served as an excellent home base for our excursions in the White Mountain area. We found the condo to be clean, quiet, comfortable, and we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and and abundance of supplies. The beds were comfy, as was the nice, big sofa, and flat-screen televisions were also abundant! All correspondence with the owner was answered promptly, and the paperwork was handled very efficiently. We would gladly stay here again, and highly recommend this vacation rental!
