Rental Rate Notes : To place a reservation request a rental application. We require a deposit of $400.00 to hold a reservation. Nightly, weekly, and monthly rates are available. See 'Availability' Calendar.

Deposits: Half of rental amount to hold a reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure after owner inspection. A $100.00 non-refundable cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit.

Refunds: Up to 60 days prior to arrival - 50% of the security deposit. Less than 60 days prior to arrival - no refunds.

Can't say enough...this property was comfortable, secure, clean, quiet, tastefully furnished, completely equipped and close to all the places we wanted to go. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I enjoyed my stay in the lovely townhome. The unit was clean and very peaceful. I enjoyed the location for golfing and dining. I will be back next year without a dought. Would recommend to my friends.

Skip this one . . . avoid disappointment!

This rental did not even begin to compare to our previous rental, which was exactly the same price per month. Although spacious and comfy, this rental is managed by a real estate company who does very little to accomodate renters. No welcome packet, no instructions for security system, no garage door opener, only one set of keys (even though two requested). Townshouse was not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival. Had to wash dishes, wash throw rugs, and vacuum floors ourself upon move-in. Also there is no fitness center as advertised, something we were looking forward to using! Rental company did not comply with our request for some monetary compensation for all the inconvenience. After three weeks and several phone calls, they finally did provide a garage door opener.Golf course maintenance trucks and delivery trucks every morning at 6:00 am outside master bedroom make it impossible to sleep late. Barking dogs next door also nuisance. Thank goodness for the sunshine!!
