Come relax and enjoy beautiful Scottsdale in this fully furnished comfortable non-smoking townhome located adjacent to the upscale Borgata shopping plaza. The Alamos condo is a private small scale property neighboring the Renaissance Resort. Order room service from the resort or walk to fine dinning, grocery stores and exclusive shopping. Close to world-class golf. This condo accommodates four people and has 2 bedrooms each with a private deck. There are 2 bathrooms plus a powder room. The living room has an adobe fireplace, flat screen TV and a sliding French door to a large walk out patio. The dining room has tile floor with a French door to an additional patio. The fully equipped kitchen includes all appliances and all the utensils you will need. The condo has central air conditioning and heating, cable TVs, high speed Internet, stereo and carport parking. Relax on your 2 private patios, by the heated community pool, spa, tastefully decorated Ramada or in the landscaped court yard

Located minutes away from premier golf courses, a myriad of museums and galleries, as well as charming Old Town Scottsdale - you might not even want to use a car. The Alamos is centrally located with at least 11 golf courses with in three miles, 93 restaurants within six miles including over ten within two blocks, 60+ galleries and museums within six miles, 11 miles from Sky Harbor, and 13 miles from Bank One Ball Park (basically downtown Phoenix). There is a mountain view backdropping the court yard from the front patio. The Borgata, just a short walk across the street regularly offers various events including free Friday night jazz. This is the ideal location to stay, whether your interests are shopping, golf, spring training, just relaxing, or using as your home base for the wide variety of activities and sights to see.

Great place, exactly as advertised. Owner was excellent to deal with. The location is ideal with many great restaurants and shopping areas within easy walking distance. Scottsdale trolley service is steps away so you can get along without a car for the most part. Unit very clean and in good shape. I would love to go back.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car
