You will be wowed by the view when you walk into this home, featuring over 3500 sq. ft. and 3 levels of extraordinary lake living. The almost acre of land is highlighted with 124’ prime lake frontage, (2) piers, an elevated deck, flat paver's brick patio and a beach area. Sit back and enjoy the 2 patio sets with seating for 10!

As you enter the 18’ vaulted Great Room, the lake appears to surround the home and instantly confirms you are someplace special. Your stay also includes a well-appointed Kitchen with an island, a large Dining Area, a Laundry Room and a Sunroom. There are 3.5 baths and (5) bedrooms, tastefully decorated. The 3rd floor is home to the recently updated Master Bedroom, with a queen bed, dressers, ceiling fan, master bath - separate jetted tub and shower, double sinks and a walk-in closet. (2) Bedrooms and a full bath complete this floor. Two Bedrooms have a full-size and a twin bed each. Both of these rooms include dressers and closets. The Guest Bedroom on the main floor also has a queen bed and dressers. The Terrace Level is a 3/4 finished basement with a spare Bedroom featuring a queen bed and full closet. You will also find a full bath, family room, and kitchenette/rec room, complete with a foosball table, ping pong table and electronic darts! From there you can walk out onto the flat back yard with its brick patio. The house easily sleeps 12 in beds, air mattresses and a futon. A foldable pack and play crib and high chair are available. The family atmosphere and open concept of this home are great for entertaining and allows you to keep an eye on the kids.
So return to your childhood! Lake Beulah is an incredibly clean, spring-fed, swimming, boating and fishing lake with over 800 acres of water for you and your family to enjoy. In the Summer come explore the water, the 27 holes of golf across the street, the sky diving or the new skateboard park in East Troy. You can find wonderful hiking and biking in Southern Kettle Moraine Park. Did I mention that Alpine Valley Resort is less than 10 miles away! Thus, in the winter enjoy the breath-taking scenery, downhill and cross country skiing, as well as great ice-fishing right outside your back door. There’s fun for everyone. The house has wireless internet - so bring your laptop(s), if you need to. We’re the best kept secret just north of Lake Geneva!
