We are so excited to share this beautiful beach condo with you. If you are wanting to get away to a beach that is laid back with a family atmosphere, then this is the place to enjoy your vacation and just relax.

Our condo is decorated with bright and cheerful colors to go along with the spectacular scenery.

The condo is located very close to the Carolina Beach fishing pier which has a little restaurant and bar available for times when you want to just kick up your feet and chill.

We have enjoyed using this property for our family vacations for years, and we hope that you will enjoy it just as much as we do. We look forward to you staying in our home away from home!

We stayed in this beautiful condo 3 nights over Labor Day weekend. We could not have asked for a better place. The condo was decorated beautifully and clean and very spacious. We never felt cramped. It had everything we needed. It was in a quiet peaceful location and within steps to the ocean. We sat on the balcony and had an unobstructed view of the ocean. Everything was wonderful, especially Jamie. He was always so kind and helpful as well as available for questions. I would definitely recommend this vacation home to anyone. A+++++. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us.

We had a wonderful time in this condo. The ocean is literally right there and our family enjoyed being able to see the ocean right from the balcony. We also enjoyed being so close to the pier. (It also is literally next to the condo) Beautifully decorated, clean, and there was a tremendous amout of space and privacy even if 2 families shared. Plenty of private parking and we liked the fact we didn't have to keep up with a key (the punch key pad was wonderful). Highly recommened this condo to anyone who doesn't like a huge crowd of people. Peaceful place to be!

Our stay at Jamie's condo was a very pleasant and tranquil experience. The condo was clean, tastefully decorated and very accomodating. The ocean view from the living room and deck allowed us to watch the stunning sunrises every morning we were there. Thanks Jamie for the use of your beach home!!

What a great place - literally across the street from the
beach with unobstructed ocean views - it was the
oceanfront experience we wanted but at a great price.
The condo is clean cozy and comfortable with
wonderful beach accents - highly recommend.
