Surfing and Fishing:
KM (kilometer) 38, is just 10km south of La Paloma and is world famous for the 200 yard reef break with northern swells. KM 36, can be really good for boogy boarding or body surfing. The beach on property can be good for surfing on many days, just stay well to the right (north) of the red arrow warning sign to avoid rocks. On high surf days be careful of undertows (flippers advised) in areas towards town. Flounder fishing is good in front of property. Others can be caught off deep sea boat rentals in Ensenada.
Golf:
The 27 HOLE 'pebble beach' of Baja is located just about 5 miles north of Rosarito AND THE PRICE IS RIGHT. Then there is the T.J. golf course designed by the same guy that did the course in Augusta where they play
the first major every year.
