Notes: This condo is actually 3 'normal' sized oceanfront units with balconies which were all combined to make this neat SW corner Penthouse unit ( the PH balconies are double wide ) so you have a very large totally private sundeck all to yourself. It is more like a house than a big motel room. ( 1500 sq ft ) While the condo is really only made for 4 people in the utmost comfort, for vacation purposes it is possible to accommodate one or 2 more persons with the used of folding beds. Dining or entertaining for up to 12 ( well behaved ) persons is feasible. This is a family oriented resort, perfect for couples of small families and is NOT a 'party' place for young adults on Spring Break. We require a renters application to be submitted for the Home Owners Association's approval prior to any rental.

This is a super clean, extra comfortable place. It has all the comforts of home with the thrill of ocean views from every room. Watching the sunrise from bed is magical.

Can't wait to go back next year!!!

Our 2 week stay at this property was incredible. A real home away from home. Very large, comfortable, private and clean penthouse condo with giant master bedroom, full-size kitchen, dining room, living room with a baby grand piano, two full bathrooms and giant-size private balcony right on the ocean. It was larger than some apartments that we have lived in. You will not be disappointed.
