Our home away from home is a special blessing for us, for our closest friends, family members and a few select clients of our family-owned business. When not reserved for them, we make it available directly to families who want to enjoy the very best accommodations for their beach vacation. This is not a standard rental unit that is furnished by Motel 6 and looks like Spring Breakers had their break inside the condo. We have spared no expense in furnishing our beach home and we visit it often ourselves to freshen it up before our guests arrive.

Nearest Airport: Panama City at 17 Miles
Panama City Beach is still a sleepy, relaxing vacation spot compared to Destin and other areas spots. Majestic Beach Resort is one of the newest, and certainly the most inclusive, of all the resorts on the Gulf. Free movie theatre, Starbucks in the Majestic Market, 4 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, 3 hot-tubs, 600 feet of sugar-white beaches - it is truly a wonderful place. Security is tight, tight, tight! We pay a lot of money for 24 hour walking guards to protect our families and property. You can totally relax knowing that everything is safe and secure. Majestic also has a 10pm to 10am quiet period that is rigorously enforced so you don't have to worry about parties and rowdy kids late at night. We have looked at all the other resorts for investment opportunities and have decided that we would rather buy again at Majestic than invest anywhere else. That says something! We have made many new friends sharing our condo and we hope we can share it with you, too!

Separate room for the toilet. Plenty of cabinet space for linens and personal items. Second full bath has tub/shower with retractable clothes line for wet items. Two towel racks and two hooks for extra towels. Stoneware tile floors in both bathrooms.

Master has Flat screen TV and DVD player, CD player with FM stereo, King bed (the best we could find) two night tables with lamps and wall mirror. Also, full chest of drawers with large mirror. Sleeping to the sound of the ocean is the most relaxing thing in the world! Second bedroom has the highest quality queen bed with plush linens and spread. Drapes have blackout backing for snoozing after sunrise. Large closet and inside door to the second bathroom. Two end tables, flat screen TV with built in DVD, large chest of drawers. Beautifully decorated. The third bedroom has custom bunks built so the lower bunk can accommodate an adult or teenager. Lots of headroom. Drapes are also blackout. Laundry room with washer/dryer accessed through the bunk room. Room also has a TV and DVD player and a small chest of drawers.

Notes: Majestic is by far the best resort in Panama City Beach. We have looked at all others and nothing compares. 4 pools, 3 hot tubs, full movie theatre, a wonderful bar and grille, Martini bar, Market with Starbucks coffee and fresh breakfast cooked to your order -- we wish we could be there all the time ourselves! Our condo is located on the 21st floor, where we can clearly see dolphins and other sea creatures in the crystal clear emerald waters of the gulf. Virtually insect-free, which is a big advantage to lower level units, the 26-foot balcony is accessed through the Living Room and Master Bedroom. Sunsets are breath-taking and early-morning coffee just tastes better when you can watch the dolphins playing in the sea. We can not guarantee the lowest price at Majestic but we know the quality is the highest you will find. We have had many people tell us, renters and owners too, that our unit is the most beautiful and best maintained condo at Majestic.

Dining:: Majestic Beach Resort offers the best dining value anywhere. The Market makes ready to order croissant breakfasts with eggs, ham, sausage, bacon - and oven-roasted potatoes, Yum. The H2O Bar&Grille overlooks the pools and serves cheeseburger baskets for about $7-8 that can feed at least two people, and you get to hear Jimmy Buffet sings about cheeseburgers all the while. H2O also has great salads, Quesadillas and of course ice cold drinks. The Martini bar in Tower 2 is a relaxing place and they also serve soft drinks and bottled water. Down the street is Pompanos which is really good, fresh seafood. 23rd Ave in Panama City has all the rest. Our favorite is MORI sushi bar and grill. Very good value.

Golf, fishing and other fun things!: There are good courses nearby that are open to the public and Destin has the Sandestin links which is world class. Deep sea fishing is one of our favorites and we can arrange an expedition for you or give you information. Go-Karts and motorcycles are also a lot of fun and are available everywhere. Water parks, putt-putt, shopping, arcades -- all the fun stuff is within a few blocks of Majestic.

However, if you will appreciate and respect our property and treat it as you would your own, you are our kind of people. Wonderful Condo, love the beach!

We had a wonder time, thank you! Wonderful condo, it made our vacation that much nicer. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. Very clean. Everything was as advertised and much more!

We cann't say enough about the view, WoW. We miss our morning coffee on the balcony and the evening sunsets. We watched for dolphins everyday.

The location of the condo was great. We did not have to go far to play tourist, to go out for dinner, or the needed trips to Walmart. And to get to the beach you just had to go down the elevator and walk out the back door, perfect. The indoor pools are a plus.

We are already missing it and wanting to go back to Florida!

What a wonderful surprise. These owners have thought of everything! There were toys for the beach, towels galore, wonderful electronics in every room, and the clocks with beach sounds to put you to sleep just topped it all off. Terrific view and fabulous balcony! We couldn't have been happier with the set up. We ate wonderful meals at the full dining area, it was great to have everything you could need. We loved the pools, indoor and out. It was great to have a place to swim and relax no matter the weather. We will definitely recommend this property to others! The Firefly restaurant was fabulous for our date night, excellent food!
This was a wonderfully clean and secure area to bring our chldren.Thanks!

The Best in PCB!

Our group felt like we had just walked into a home rather than a rental when we arrived about a week and a half ago. We knew through reviews and pictures of the condo that we would be staying in luxury, especially compared to other spring breakers. Our expectations were not only met but exceeded. We all instantly felt as though we were in a place of our own, which added so much value to our vacation! We saw several other Majestic rooms - owned by the resort and privately-owned - and none even came close to this condo.

The Majestic is a wonderful and safe place to stay. The two parking spaces provided were very convenient, especially for all of our Wal-Mart trips (which was right down the street!). This condo was conveniently located to all the PCB destinations on our list, and as far as location is concerned we could not have made a better choice! Being college students on a budget, we saved some money by cooking at 'home' and the kitchen is well-stocked with the pots/pans and other cooking utensils to do so.

The balcony is beautiful (the quality of the inside decor flows right outside with the gorgeous tile and outdoor furniture), and the view from the 21st floor is amazing.

The owner was so helpful in preparation before and during our trip; his friendliness and personableness cannot possibly be matched. The welcome packet is detailed so there is no question or chaos upon arrival, and walking in without a front desk 'check in' was perfect!

If traveling to Panama City Beach, there is no doubt in my mind that this is the place to stay. Our group is already checking next year's Spring Break dates so we can come back! We are so thankful that we were able to stay in such a high-quality condo - we certainly had the best arrangements out of all the guests in PCB!

We cannot thank the owners enough for allowing us to stay at their place. We had an unforgettable Spring Break and made many wonderful friends and memories!

Condo is absolutely first class - you will never go wrong renting this magnificient place. As well, the Majestic is such a well run, spotless facility. With the weather being a little cool, it was such a pleasure to have an indoor pool to make use of each day.
If you are planning a holiday to Panama City Beach - run, don't walk - don't look elsewhere - book this condo!

We just got back from our wonderful stay at the Edward's condo, and my kids are already asking when we can go back! This place is truly amazing and must be seen to be believed! We stayed in a resort just down the street five years ago when we cam to PCB, and while it was really nice, it was no comparison to this! Simply having a room and a place for everyone so we were not all cramped together was so awesome. We traveled with our three young girls and my sister (the nanny). We took two days to get home and actually stayed in a hotel room about half-way home, and even though it was a suite, the noise level was hugely intense compared to what we had just come from!

We also didn't spend near the money we thought we were going to have to because we were able to go to Wal-Mart (a trip we made about every other day since we kept forgetting things--it's handy having it just down the street!) to buy groceries and could just make anything we wanted right there with a completely stocked kitchen! Everyone at the resort was super friendly and helpful as were the Edwards. If I had a question, Jim always was right back to me right away on it. And if I called, he always answered right away.

So if you are looking and researching for a place to stay, look no further! This place is top-of-the-line! And this is coming from a super-picky, uber control freak! We will DEFINETELY be booking our next vacation through them, that is, if they will host our crazy brood again! :o)
