Aloha and welcome to our beautiful Maui Beachfront Condo located in sunny North Kihei at Kihei Sands Beach Condominiums, Maui. You are invited to stay in our newly remodeled Maui Beachfront condo. This luxurious unit offers free high speed internet, Travertine tile throughout, painted crown molding, brand new furniture in the b/r, l/r and d/r. The bedding provided is a 'Belgian Damask' firm support mattress with a soft pillow top. You will fall sleep easily on the 500 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. Beautiful cherrywood stained hangers (not the plastic hangers). The kitchen is stocked with plenty of beautiful dinnerware, storage containers, glassware, 40 + assorted spices and cooking oils, etc. The bathroom is tiled with a walk in shower. There is an AC and new ceiling fans.

Kihei Sands is located in North Kihei. It is approximately 10 minutes from the airport. Maalaea Bay is about a 5 min drive. You can catch a snorkel/scuba trip from the harbor or visit the Maui Ocean Center. There is also a golf and water park nearby.

LOCATION of Complex: North Kihei on Sugar Beach: This Maui beach front condo is located at Kihei Sands Beach Condominiums and is less than 10 miles from the airport, it is centrally located to all of your island activities on Maui. Upon your arrival, you will be asked to check in with the front office just to say you arrived. Then proceed to your long awaited home away from home. If you're hungry from your trip and don't want to go grocery shopping right away, there is a Great bar and sandwich shop next door, 'Dina's'...hint, they have the best Mai Tai's!! There is also a general store which sells dairy products, bread, cereal, soap, deli meat, sun tan lotion and any other items that you may need quickly or you can go directly to the local Safeway grocery store, Costco or even Wal-Mart.

About the Complex:: The grounds at Kihei Sands Beach Condominiums have recently taken on a new look as well. There are lounge chairs beach front along with the pool and BBQ area. The best part of all of this is the Beach! It is the longest uninterrupted sandy beach in all of Maui!! You will be amazed at how close our Maui beach front condo is to the sand and the water. The sand is a golden-yellow, soft, and is excellent for romantic walks at night or to lay out during the day. There is a great reef close by to do some snorkeling and swimming with the turtles.

Island Activities:: If you would like to plan any activities on the island we can help you with that. We are also a licensed activities desk and can help you plan any island activities.

Just wanted to drop you a note to say what a wonderful holiday we had. The condo was absolutely perfect! We couldn’t have been any happier. I just wanted to add my comments to your site. Your condo was everything you said it would be AND MORE. It was the cleanest unit we have ever rented. Not only was A9 spotless, but the entire complex was clean and well maintained. In addition to the great location, the keyless entry, reflective privacy coating on the sliding door, and internet, the unit was so well equiped. We would defintely return! Thank you so much Sue and Tony. We loved your condo! It was so clean, well equipped, decorated so tastefully and the best location in the whole complex and on Maui. We loved going to sleep at night with the only sounds being those of the waves from the ocean. With your condo being so central, we found it very easy to get around to all of the places we wanted to tour. Thank you again; we'll definitely be back!

Sue & Tony:
Our first trip to Maui was incredible and your condo was certainly one of the reasons we had such a wonderful time. Accommodations were incredible and it was awesome to be able to walk right out of our unit and see sand, ocean and palm trees in every direction. The furnishings were great, the bed was soooo comfy and the kitchen had every gadget imaginable! We especially enjoyed your snorkel equipment - it was much better than the equipment we used on our commercial snorkel trip. We're not sure how soon we'll get to make this a yearly event, but we will be back as soon as possible. The only downside to the entire stay on Maui was that 10 days was too short! We're still mentally on Maui time and are very anxious to return. Also, getting to meet the two of you was an added bonus!
