Just add taxes at 12.75 %. This is a very relaxing home on a quiet street, a mile from waterway and beach.Great Neighborhood.Everything you need to feel at home. Yard is a bonus with a swing, table, chairs, trees... This year we are trying to simplify, we gave up on the satellite and have switched to cable and free use of linens. Small cable package, and a large selection of family movies.The house has an extremely comfortable queen bed, a sofa bed, and a single bed. The house is close to everything. It is 1/2 mile from the only stop light. It really is a totally quiet street. You are very close to the ocean, the waterway, and not far from Shallotte River. The kitchen has everything you need. Directions: At Archibald's on 130 take a right, then first left, when road ends take a left.The house is on the left: 2924 Burnsville

Nearest Beach: beach at 1.0 Miles

Holden Beach is famous for its family beach and its great fishing in the waterway and in the ocean. Great seafood dining and golf are also very close by. Miniature golf, ice cream shops, antique shopping, biking, & enjoying the beach are all favorite local past-times. Wilmington is only 30 minutes away, and there's lots of history there. Myrtle Beach is also only 1/2 hour away. There's places to go dancing evenings just a mile away. There are fishing charters and tournaments. You won't find a cleaner strand. And for you folks coming from congested cities, you will be happy with the one stop light. There's also a swing out back! Be sure to check out Holden's great flea market and yard sale bargains!

  • Weekend, weekly, & two-week rates available. Security deposit of $100, returned after walk-through after guests depart. . Prefer gropus of 5 or fewer. Only small families or couples. If cleaning service is wanted please let us know ahead of time. PayPal fee is half your expense and half ours if you decide to pay using PayPal, which is a small fee for the amount of convenience it gives.
  • Holiday rates July 4th week $375. Longer term rentals (more than one month) are available. Email for details.

There's also putt-putt as several locations at Holden Beach. Golf courses can be located for you if that is something you are interested in, there are some close by. We had the best time at Holden Beach!!!! The house was perfect!! The location was so quiet and peaceful. You can really hear the waves from the house!!! This is a great place to stay! If you're looking for a relaxing a vaction this is it!!! We couldn't of asked for anything more! Thanks so much!! We will be definately be returning to Holden Beach next year with the whole family!

Absolutely Perfect! We had the best time at your lovely home. It was everthing we hoped for and them some. This is wonderful vacation home and it feels like home. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We plan to return as soon as we can.
