The townhouse features three bedrooms with 2.5 baths, a living room and dining room, a full kitchen and a one car garage with an automatic door opener. There is a private patio off the kitchen that allows for out door relaxing and entertaining. The master bathroom is equipped with a garden tub and a walk in shower. The living room has a gas fireplace that is ideal for those who enjoy the cozy atmosphere of experiencing a home away from hone. The townhouse is fully furnished and outfitted with all necessary house wares. A full capacity washer and dryer are in the unit as well. It is located close to all major highways and is just minutes from downtown Atlanta. Lawrenceville, gives the advantage of being close to Atlanta and yet very much urban in character. Lawrenceville abounds with many retail shops and fining restaurant's for dining.
