This property is in the best location of North Mission Beach. This property has great curb appeal and the building is in fantastic shape. From this property you are within 10 miles of Sea World, Downtown, Lindberg Field, Gas Lamp Quarter, Petco Park, La Jolla, Torrey Pines Golf Course, Del Mar Race Track, Coronado, USS Midway, aquatic centers, deep sea fishing, restaurants, and shopping malls. You can also spend the day and travel to the Wild Animal Park, Mexico, desert, and mountains. You can take a wine tour or head to the North County with the children and visit Lego Land. You can begin your day with a walk on the beach, having a great breakfast in our property and watching the dolphins swimming by. By mid-morning get a massage, go out to lunch, take a nap, read a book, barbeque your favorite meal on our barbecues, and watch the sunset on the beach.

The property was absolutely gorgeous. You are spoiled by the proximity of the beach (40 steps from boardwalk to surf)! Vacations will never be the same. The value for price is extraordinary. Four minutes to Sea World.......sigh I wish I were there now. Ralph's is conveniently located for the family minded, Belmont Park Tuesday family night was a blast for my children and the sunsets were to die for...........

We loved spending our Thanksgiving at the Surf Rider. You are just steps to the beach! The view was amazing from the living room, and we were able to see dolphins swimming in the ocean from inside the condo! The owner was very accessible and provided great customer service. We loved taking early morning walks along the boardwalk. We had such a memorable and enjoyable Thanksgiving that we think we may make this a tradition!
