This property borders Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. Property is gated & very private, located in the exclusive Arcadia area. This location will give you easy access to all freeways, Sports events,, Airport, Nightclubs, Golf, Tennis,Walk Hike or Bike paths . These locations are very close, Phoenix Zoo, Tempe-ASU, Scottdale Fashion Square, Old Town Scottsdale,Biltmore and other attractions. The property is private, quiet & exclusive.

Pool is not heated/Hot Tub is: Pool is not heated. The Jacuzzi /Hot tub is. It is heated year round.

Guest House is detached from the main house. Shared main Pool/ Hot tub are with the main house.

We have had the pleasure of staying at this property twice. Both experiences couldn't have been better! We highly recommend this great "hideaway."

We especially appreciate the fact that Deanna goes out of her way to make you feel "at home" with all the little details from available shampoo to coffee in the cupboard. For Christmas she even has out decorations of the season which make the place very coay and inviting.

We have stayed at Deana's Guest House twice and enjoyed every minute. Deana has the unit beautifully decorated and provides everything you could possibly desire. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. With a fast internet connection, beautiful pool area with hot tub, areas to sit in or out of the sun and a private patio as well, Deana's is the best. We have already reserved for next year.

Me and my husband stayed here for a week on vacation. It was the best vacation we have ever had. We enjoyed the whole stay. The property was so awesome and having a pool and jaquzey there for anytime you want mad it even better. This is one of the greatest place to just relax and enjoy life for a few days.

We have had the wonderful experience of staying at this property for the 1st 3 months of 2008 and have absolutely LOVED it! Deana goes out of her way to make you feel at home, even adding lighting in the kitchen and getting a computer for the guest house! You are made to feel as though you are a guest on her property rather than a "renter". When her March renters had to cancel for health reasons, she immediately offered it to us and we jumped at the chance of staying another month. We highly recommend this property as a wonderful "getaway", as long as it doesn't conflict with when we want it!!!
