Welcome to our newest addition! We bought this home last year as a renovation project (which we're very glad to be finished with--those of you with fix-er-uppers will doubtless understand ^_^). But it turned out so nice that we're going to try and rent it for a year or two and see how it does! This beach house is one of our more affordable homes, but it has the same warmth and feel as our other homes - and you'll love Terry's decor!! High-speed wireless Internet and unlimited local, state, and national calls make great extras!! You're immediately behind the oceanfront homes, and the house is tall! So you have some great views from the second floor balcony without the oceanfront premium!!

Nearest Beach: beach at 100.0 Metres
You're in a great location--far away for privacy, but a fifteen minute drive to downtown St. Augustine (the oldest city in the U.S.!). Windsurf in the intercoastal canal, or the ocean if you are truly gifted. Take a tour to the military fort the Spanish successfully held against the French for over one hundred years. Definitely take in a carriage ride through the cobblestone streets of the old city.

Absolutely wonderful. The sunrises are beautiful and the beach is breathtaking. The house is exquisite and like being in a doll house. Can not wait to go back.

While we only had a few days for this trip....the house is lovely. The beach is wonderful...sitting on the deck having our morning tea, eating lunch or dinner...great ocean view!

Beach vacation

We rented this house for a week but there were problems with the power the second day there. We called Gary and it was going to be awhile before it could be fixed so they personally helped use move all our things to another property. The new house was beautiful & ever better than what we had but more importantly Gary & his company were so accommodating, they went above & be on to make us comfortable. I would highly recommend them and will return again. Thanks So Much!! A+++++ all the way!!!
