Private deck which overlooks a beautiful garden and tall cedars. A few minutes walk to the beach near by and 5 minutes from shopping. Local bus service 2 blocks away connects to malls and downtown. Just bring your own food & clothes, the rest is provided. Appliances : stove, fridge, washer, dryer, iron/ board, hairdryer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, seasoning, dishes, cutlery and linens. Suite has slate floors in the kitchen and hardwood in the living / bedroom areas. 4 pc bath (tub/shower) has heated tile floors, granite counter top vanity. If the home is re-rented all monies will be refunded less the $50.00 cancellation charge.

    SHORTENED STAYS: Since a privately owned property has been reserved for your use, no refunds will be made for early departures.
