Photos and Description of the Yarmouth vacation cottage rental
- 1 BA, 1 BA, pull out twin sofa, Sleeps 2 or 3 Max.

Beautiful beachfront cottage. Located on one of the warmest beaches on the Cape. W. Yarmouth. Newly built. AC/ Cable/ BBQ/all kitchen appliances. Watch the boats go by and the sunset on the deck. Quiet neighborhood but close to shopping and great restaurants. All who have ever rented from me have had a wonderful experience and can't say enough about the view!!! No need to fight the traffic the beach is right there!

Partial Week Rentals: I will consider partial week rental off season. Before July 1 and after Sept 7th. If you see a week available that is not booked and approaching soon I am willing to work with you on price. Please feel free to call with any questions. I always try to answer any of your questions, I value the people who rent from me and want to make sure you will be happy staying at the cottage.

Pets: There are no pets at the cottage. I do have a pet sitter on the Cape avail. She is a teacher and pet sits in her home for private customers in the summer.

Linens available upon request. Most people bring their own. ( Queen size Bed).

Cottage is on the beach in a quiet residential/ seasonal neighborhood. Close to great restaurants and main roads. Hyannis is about 5 minutes away. Chatham 30 minutes. Beautiful landscaping. Located on Windemere Rd. in West Yarmouth off of route 28.

Other Activities: Kayak, canoe. Waterpark about 20-30 minute drive.

Golf: Plenty of private and public golf courses within 10 miles.

Great Place to Relax!!!

We rented this beach house the week of August 13, 2011. Never having done this before and hearing the horror stories we were nervous. However this was everything that was advertised. The location was great!! It was in the middle of everything and quiet. We based out of here to explore the rest of the Cape. The beach was so close, we just walked over the walk bridge to the beach and it was never crowded.Views were great. The cottage was well maintained and stocked with all the conveniences. Melanie was always very responsive to any questions. We would definately stay here again!

Perfect Beach House

We rented this beach house the week of July 4, 2010. It is located in a great location. Every morning we just crossed the walkway to the beach and it was never crowded. Perfect beach for young kids. The place was well maintained. Melanie was always very responsive to any questions. I would definately stay here again.

A Perfect Cape Cod getaway!

My wife and I searched far and wide for a place to stay on our first visit to Cape Cod. Not knowing the area too well, we decided to stick with something central and found this cottage rental in West Yarmouth. We couldn't be more pleased.

The location of the property is at the end of a quiet residential street, and has a few similar cottages right around it. The properties share a common deck that overlooks the bay and has grills, tables, etc.which were great to use.

You are seconds from the water, and the beach is a seldom used, quiet stretch that rarely saw anyone other than the locals and other renters. No crowds or throngs of tourists. There is also a small inlet that is great for kids.

The interior of the cottage is all newer and updated. It was tastefully decorated like a great seaside escape. There were 2 of us, and it was a perfect size. There is A/C throughout, but we had the windows open most of the time to let the breezes in. The exterior of the property is beautifully landscaped.

The location in West Yarmouth is perfect. It it central to everything without being in the middle of tourist town. You can be in Hyannis in 10 minutes, and Chatham in 20. There are great restaurants, shops, and things to do right in the area.

We look forward to our next trip, and we highly recommend this place!

Wonderful spot

This little place was wonderful, perfect for two. Right on Lewis Bay with beautiful sunset views from the deck. Clean, with all of the conviences of home. Location was great right off of route 28, 10 minutes to main street hyannis, 30 minutes to national seashore. We loved it and will return again.
