ESJ Towers: NEW LUXURY1BDRM, BEACH FRONT ***FREE IN ROOM WI-FI***

The condo was exactly as described. It was clean and airy. It was the perfect place for myself and two friends. The owner was a pleasure to work with.

My husband and I just got back from a one-week stay in a simliar condo to this one. We found the unit to be very comfortable and cozy overall. The kitchen was small but useful for preparing meals. It would have been helpful to have a kettle for tea and coffee, however.
The bedroom was spacious and clean with a nice, large walk-in closet for clothes and storage. The bathroom was okay- the shower curtain hooks kept falling off and the tub didn't drain very well. Also, the water pressure was rather weak. It was very convenient to have the stacked washer/dryer unit. We did 3 loads which saved us a lot of work when we got home!
The living area was airy and comfy. We liked relaxing in front of the tv at night- sometimes we watched from the comfort of the bedroom as there was a tv in there too.
The condo was very clean and well-organized. Unfortunately, the A/C was rather noisy as were the jets overhead but we were out most of the time and could tolerate these inconveniences.
I understand from some of the reviews of the hotel rooms, that there was an issue with bugs. We didn't have this problem whatsoever, so I think it depends on your unit.
The fact that you are close to so many restaurants, shops, pharmacies, and Old San Juan is a big plus to staying here. The beach and the pool were also wonderful!
Granted, the lobby is dated and dark but I didn't find this to be as huge an issue as other guests. Maybe the management could think about moving the tiny mini market out to an area in the lobby to make a better use of space (??)
We were very happy with this accomodation overall and plan to stay there again in the future.

I was so eager to write a review for this condo I almost wrote it while still on the vacation! This was the first time my family and I have stayed anywhere than with family. The kids are getting older and wanted it to be more like a "real" vacation and not just visiting family. The condo matched the description perfectly including the beach access and walking distance to stores and resturants . The size was great (2 adults, a teen boy & a 12 yr) and the layout was perfect. I was so pleased by how clean it was and plenty of towels! I felt bad leaving it messy so I cleaned up the night before we left. The location was my favorite since it is so centrally located we were even able to pick up a friend for a visit on the day they were in town with there cruise. From now on this is the route for us when we visit :)
My 16yr old loved the porcelain turtle on the balcony...he wanted to bring it home, I loved the pink fish pillow :)
