The Home has Audio/ intercom system in all main rooms including the pool area, new Games Room, 4 minutes away from Champions Gate & Reunion golf course and near all the major attractions. It is located on Tuscan Ridge. Luxury furnished throughout by professional to very highest standards and is beautifully decorated. The house is fully equipped with all the amenities of your own home. There is a screened private heated Pool with extended deck area plus outside shower and BBQ. Very well situated (just 2 miles from the I4 interstate highway) to visit all Orlando attractions such As Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World & p[lenty of Shopping.
The house, like most in Orlando, is fitted with a Lock box which contains the door key (this is located to the right of the front door, however we have just install a electronic front door lock to save you the inconvenience of having to keep unlocking the lock box every time you want .
The door code will be confirmed before your stay.
To open front door using the electronic lock, just enter the code on the pad then turn the knob clockwise, if it is dark, press the top button to light up the keys for a few seconds.
There is a fitted Alarm, for you own peace of mind etc.
The telephone in the house has free local and long distant (USA,Canada) calls, if you want to make a call, say to the UK, one of the cheapest ways is to buy a phone card from Wal- Mart’s, it will cost about $12 and should give you plenty of call time.
There is a security box/Safe . Please note it is the guest’s responsibility for the safe contents.

If travelling via Orlando International
On arrival at Orlando Int, once you have cleared Immigration and customs, make your way to the luggage pick up point, once you have picked them up head for the shuttle train with your cases, do not give them to the guy standing by the conveyor belt, just nip up the short escalator to the shuttle (this will save you a lot of time) once off the shuttle head for the Car Hire desks.
You may require some loose change for the Toll Road’s some of the exits are unmanned so I would advise getting some change at the airport.
