    Cancellation Policy is: 1.Written cancellation of your reservation within 90 days - All Rent and Deposits Returned
    2.Written cancellation of your reservation within 60 days - 50% of the rent and full deposits returned unless the house can be rented for the same period in which case all the rent and deposit is returned less a $150.00 cancellation fee.
    3.Cancellation of your reservation within 45 days - No refund of rent, full refund of deposits unless the house can be rented for the same period and at the same rate, in which case full refund of rent and deposits minus $250.00 cancellation fee will be applied.
    4.Cancellation of your reservation within 30 days or less- No refund on your entire rental .

We loved staying here. Extremely quiet location, away from everything. Everything in the villa was first class regarding furniture, linens, TV's etc. Internet access was excellent. The photos do not do the villa justice. It is much nicer and more spacious than the pictures depict. We love to cook-in, so the knifes, etc, were a little lacking, but we got by just fine with what was there. The only negative for some might be the location is very far from restaurants and grocery stores (we were fine with that). Property manager was extremely easy to reach, always available, and very eager to please. I would recommend this to anyone!
