Lodgepole Retreat lies on 3.5 wooded acres two miles from Fraser and five miles from the Winter Park Ski Area. The property is totally private -- you cannot see other houses from our windows, deck or hot tub -- but still close to town. The property is located at the end of a dead-end lane, far from any traffic or noise. The house has recently been remodeled and has all of the modern conveniences of home, including all new appliances, two satellite TVs with college football and basketball packages and all XM Radio music channels, gas fireplace and gas stove, outdoor hot tub, over-zized indoor jacuzzi tub, foosball table, deck and patio, basketball court, and outdoor ski storage. You will especially enjoy the spacious Great Room with sitting area, dining area, large kitchen, and cozy reading nook -- all lit by an over sized center skylight.

This is an awesome place to stay. It is off the beaten path, but minutes from everything from skiing, snomobiling, tubing hill, hiking, and dining. The large kitchen, dinning room, and family room allowed great entertainment for all. We had 8 adults, 1 baby and two dogs and it was very comfortable. Great place to stay and very cozy, warm, and quiet.
