Photos and Description of the North Hero vacation cottage rental - 2 BR, 1 BA, Sleeps 8.

Cozy waterfront cottage directly on 100' of Lakeshore, located in N. Hero VT. Beautiful sunsets. Dead end road. Large deck on lakeside and many windows to enjoy the lake. The cottage is fully equipped with a full size fridge, stove and microwave. 2 TVs and a VCR. A gas grill outdoors. Very light, open, and airy. 2 Bedrooms, one with a Lakeview and a queen size bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 sets of bunks. Also there is a futon in the living room that sleeps 2. The lawn is expansive with a gradual slope to the water. Small stones and shale are the lake bottom. We recommend water shoes for swimming.

Nearest Airport: Burlington International Airport at 35 Miles
Nearest Ferry: Grand Isle Ferry at 10 Miles
Nearest Motorway: Interstate 89 at 25 Miles
Car: necessary
Come and stay in a quiet, country setting directly on the lake. There are nearby places to rent boats. Also, some very nice restaurants in the area. Eat Lakeside or travel approx. 1 hour south to Burlington where there are malls and shopping, and many restaurants. Go north approx. 1 hour to Montreal. There is a winery about 15 miles away. Take a kayak tour. Or just relax and read a good book!
